Agree. Hurts opposition the other way. Kid can play.BucksIsFutureCoach wrote:Crisp is a better run with player than McCaffer in my opinion. Negates as well as makes his own play. Loving the Crispmeister! Best set of steak-knives since Medhurst!didick wrote:Better every week.
Greenwood may be lucky to get a game this year.
What a trade!!!
Thank you very much Beamsy for farking off.
And thanks to Leppitsch and Swann for playing hard ball!!
Ah, the 2007 trade Tarrant to Freo for pick #8 [Reid] McMeal deal.
Tarrant nicely fitted out with a 4-year homing beacon.
But I digress...
So what did ya do today Beamsy? Maaaaaate, some shit went down at the G today, I tells ya...
Oh.. and playing hard ball with the Bears? Wait to hear what Eddie and Gary have got lined up for you kunts when Aish wants OUT!!

No let's trade Beams back, play him today, and statistically lose -1700 metres with his over rated backwards +30 disposals to the opposition goal end.Duff Soviet Union wrote:So Crisp is 7 to 9 goals better than Beams?Pies4shaw wrote:Let's call a spade a spade - play Beams in place of Crisp today and Collingwood loses by 3 to 5 goals.
I really like Crisp, but let's not be stupid here.
We miss Beams under the pack getting the hard ball - and NOWHERE else.

Thank you linesman, thank you ball boys...swoop42 wrote:I really like this kid.
Hard worker and just bloody hard at the ball.
Finished off the year well for Brisbane so was confident we had something to work with and to think we still have De Goey and Greenwood to come.
Game, set, match Mr. Hine.

He went to watson today and slowed him right down.
I just dont see this kid not improving further either.
The defensive side of his game is outstanding. When greenwood comes back and he starts to get a bit of outside ball, i think he will be better again for us.
In terms of numbers, I reckon the beams trade could probably return us about 300 to 400 games from that deal in total ( crisp 100 +, greenwood 100, degoey 100 + )

I'm not even sure Beams was that. Seemed more a link up player or finisher offerer. One thing he was brilliant at was kicking goals but Crisp looking more than handy in that area too.piedys wrote:No let's trade Beams back, play him today, and statistically lose -1700 metres with his over rated backwards +30 disposals to the opposition goal end.Duff Soviet Union wrote:So Crisp is 7 to 9 goals better than Beams?Pies4shaw wrote:Let's call a spade a spade - play Beams in place of Crisp today and Collingwood loses by 3 to 5 goals.
