Throw in Treloar who placed 2nd with GWS this year and things are looking up.
Yep, the Pies are going to win the next 5 flags, we are that good.
Beams and Heater best for their teams this year.
We gain a lot but also lost a lot.
I like Crisp but his disposal is second rate.
I like his size but we will wait and see.
I find it frustrating how people talk up the side when
we have slid backwards.
When we start sliding forward then I will start getting excited.
we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest.

So let me be clear here. You are the self proclaimed ""'NON denigrator"??? Serious??

Why are you so negative? You seem to only like the blokes we've let go. Crisps disposal is far from second rate, he is an absolute ripper. One of my favourites, but Pendles will always win out.
"Still waiting for your call Caroline ... not a quote in sight. Don't ever presume to speak on Collingwood's behalf,"

Averaging under 70% effective disposals and close to 3 clangers a match.
That is not A grade material.
But you know better.

Sorry, but without proper context, effective disposals is probably the most useless stat in evaluating a player. Did you know that Frost was 4th best in the league this year with 87.3%? Must be an elite kick.
Also, Dangerfield's disposal was at 67% and 3.4 clangers compared to Crisp's 69% and 2.7 clangers. A player's role heavily dictates these numbers and there is no magical kicking efficiency barrier for A grade status. By the eye test I would say that Crisp's kicking was good this season, both finishing for goal well and hitting forward targets.
* in your best 5 players
* has no discernible weaknesses
* does it 3-4 years consecutively
* threatens All Australian selection
* is often tagged or a nightmare for opposition analyst
* is elite in kicking, pace, defensive areas and skills
So is Jack Crisp an A grader yet? No. Lets review in 2018
