Sorry to hear that David. So young.

The regret is always hard - should've spent more time with them, should've said this or that. I'm sure she would know you loved her, and what she meant to you.

a friend of mine passed late last year after a 12 year battle with breast cancer. she, like elizabeth, maintained a very candid, public blog of her experiences and thoughts. this helped her immensely with being able to deal with her situation. even in her last days my friend posted regularly on facebook about her predicament and fading health.

So I made it just in time

Number one on my bucket list was to visit Noah's Ark in Atlanta to see the bear Lion and Tiger that have been brothers since they were found in the basement of a drug dealer at 9 months old.

Leo the lion was allowed to die with dignity today, he's been sick, they found his liver to be 80% tumours.

The amazing story continues through Baloo and Shere khan

Goodbye buddy, humans could learn so much from you and your 'brothers'
RIP Leo xxx
