Sad that the once busy & interesting VPT seems to have gone the way of the bored board, and the chicks channel. There's more life in a morgue.

Those people that insist on leaving inane comments on every single post are surely at least partly responsible. So well done, cheers!

^ I think there's less action in large part because David has taken a break. What sort of comments do you regard as inane?

Agreed. There seems to be a few people who like to leave discussion killing posts. Maybe the whole bulletin board thing is just dying off a bit too with social media taking over.

I think it sparks up more when the footy season is over.

Just had an ultrasound on my shoulder and I've torn a tendon. There goes martial arts for a while. Hopefully wont need surgery, I'll know more after I see the Dr on Monday. :(

Yeah I had this done to me...

https://youtu.be/Wu6wm6975dY?t=46

That was a couple of months ago, that started the damage then it went on me on Friday during training.

I'll be happy to avoid surgery, at the moment it's hard to sleep and I wake up in pain every morning because the muscle tightens at night.

Must be the month for it.

I forgot to pack my Gloucosomine tablets this swing (day 8 today), I've taken one every day for years. They work wonders on my knees and this confirms it!
Did 10k on the treadmill last night and had to have an anti inflammatory this morning.

Ah well, 2 more sleeps and my journey to the G begins.

On Anzac Day? I'll be there.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

Bloody gout, it took ages but finally worked out that sardines trigger my gout and not red wine.
