Okay, update. Fairfax says:

'“We were going to bat as well and the deck had a bit of grass on it,” Conway said. “There is not heaps in the deck so there has been some really good bowling today and poor batting at times. We’re going to have to go again.”

The pitch at Drummoyne offered the quicks assistance but the Blues' ability to extract swing and little bit of movement off the seam with the Dukes ball enabled them to keep their foot on the throat in the first session.'

Maybe, it's a Gabba type of wicket. Both decks produced 17 wickets on day 1. Another 20 wickets fell on day 2, at the Gabba.

Interestingly, the outstanding bowling came from a virtual rookie left arm ortho (first game in Shield Cricket, this season) Tom Andrews, who took 6/40 & 3/42.
