What result should we be hoping for? A tie?
Injuries galore, of course...

England look like they’ll fall well short of their 30-over par finish, now.

Has anyone ripped his hamstring off the bone yet? Paul Collingwood?

At 43 (I think), PC may be the likeliest candidate for such a "sad" injury. (But I put up the name, of course, because that club is the one where such injuries happen all the time.
) He came on as sub in their warm-up match, and it wouldn't totally surprise me if people said he fielded better than current players.

Well, small relief at least he didn't get a century... But BS may be P4S's guilty pleasure...

It's just bad for cricket when you score 311 and feel that is a very disappointing score.

2/44 (10).
All three casualties due to a West Indian rushed into the England team.
This is the sort of thing that could destroy the game... unless the Windies outperform England in this WC anyway. He entered England when he was about 20. Sigh...

SA 3/129 (23)...
... becomes 4/142 (26).
Throwing wickets away.

5/146 (27) after a run out (don't forget the Amla injury either),
and one feels the ghosts of South Africa past are warming up to make an appearance.
It's past the 3/4-way mark of this match & bet365 puts the odds at
England 90.4%
SA 9.6%.
