India/Sth. Africa Tests.
First Test. ACA-VDCA Stadium, Visakhapatnam.
India 0/202 before rain stopped play. Rohit Sharma 115*, Mayank Agarwal 84*.
Cricinfo: "Six years after he scored a century on debut, Rohit Sharma resurrected his underwhelming Test career with a smooth and authoritative century in his first innings as an opener.
In the company of Mayank Agarwal, he put together India's 13th 200-run stand to quickly re-emphasise what a difficult assignment South Africa were on. Agarwal finished the rain-curtailed day 16 short of what could be a maiden Test hundred as, outside the first half-hour when the new hard ball moved a little, South Africa's attack lacked penetration and discipline to put these batsmen through any sustained period of examination"

98.22- Rohit's average in Tests in India.
He has played 15 innings and scored 884 runs with that healthy average, until Tea, and has four hundreds and five fifties. His average is the joint-best among all batsmen with 10-plus innings, sharing top spot with Sir Don Bradman, who also averaged 98.22 at home in 50 innings.

The equal second-best batsman in the world was out for 20 to left-arm spin. Does he also have a weakness against left-arm spin, like the other second-best batsman in the world, Smith?
(The best batsman in the world is fine against left-arm spin, I think. Maybe 9 years ago he got a lot of practice in the nets against Dan V.)
