The late David Hookes used to be fond of the tautological "too aswell". Said it all the time, pronounced it as if it was one word. Have heard Warne say the same thing.

Which expression? Tautology? A tautology is saying 2 words that mean the same thing, like 'too as well' or "I'll re-send it again" - you either send it again or re-send it, you don't re-send it again - that'd be tautological.
To put the 'too as well' in context it would be commentary like "he'll have that issue bowling from the other end too as well". Either too or as well would be fine, don't need both.
