They don't know how to play spin. And when Lynn and Short played in the IPL, their vulnerability against spin was exposed. (But from an Oz viewpoint, it's a great opportunity for them to improve against spin.) That's why Lynn was so "cheap" in the recent IPL auction. 5 wins are bare minimum to make the semis and this year big Bash League the quality of play has deteriorated crap fielding crap batting crap pace bowling and ordinary spin bowlers getting wickets.Bbl is overall overrated and it is commercial. Much prefer shield cricket or even the 50 over game.At least there’s mega bucks in the IPL in India bbl will cease in a few years

The bbl finals are very confusing system 5th placed side plays in the play offs but the system is very confusing was better when it was just 2 semifinal and 1 Grand final. There’s a new play off system this time
