Gee that’s a bit harsh on some of the others dude. Agar, Marsh and Maxwell (just to name three) will walk into any other team. Silly comment IMO.Pies4shaw wrote:Apart from Maxwell and Zampa, it reads largely like the cloth from which one might cut a second 11.
Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine!

Yeah my bad regarding Maxwell. However as a matter of opinion, I rate both Ashton Agar and Mitch Marsh, and their ability to make a difference to a team winning or losing. Really talented players.Pies4shaw wrote:You didn't notice my comment about Maxwell when you quoted it, then?
As for Agar and Marsh, they don't even really stand out in our domestic competition, so to suggest that they "will walk into any other team" is, to say the least, surprising.

The big questions are injuries and rotations. Rotations are back on the agenda after the dismal decision to play the same attack the whole series, even after their bodies were flogged for 131 fruitless overs on that very, very flat SCG pitch.
I don't know how good Neser is. He did not look good in the slogathon the other night, but that is just a slogathon and his team was being smashed.
England are rotating almost everyone now, including batsmen and wicketkeeper. Foakes is keeping when Buttler's shift ends.
