Essendon scored 12.3 from turnovers.

On the positive side, good effort from Rantall running with Parish.

Parish won the Anzac Day medal and has had 40+ disposals in several games this year.

Thanks all for the season from hell all. The club isn’t in a good state. In fact it’s probably the worse it’s ever been. Thank God that’s over.
The match day thread is for unfiltered BS knee jerk reactions. The time for level headed comment comes after.

Relief the season is over. Been a very tough year for the whole club.

Best wishes to Chris Mayne in retirement.

The upcoming off season will be interesting:
• New coach + assistants.
• Daicos will be drafted.
• Major list changes.
• Potential board changes.

On the game, our young kids will be okay. Henry, Ginnivan, Ruscoe and McCreery excite me the most among the current lot.

JDG could be an A-grader as a midfielder. Hope the next coach can take him to the next level.

Crisp will be the Copeland Trophy winner, which is well deserved. One of the few consistent limelight’s of the year.

Elliott with 4 goals today shows his worth as a reliable forward.

Our midfield stinks
We deserve to be on the bottom.
We need a big clean out,
I look at the game sidebottom through up and I just vomit.
What is the new coach going to do with Grundy.
He can't mark he can't ruck and he can't chase

New fitness guy too.

Three good choices would go a long way to rebuilding this club.

Scarey thing here Jezza. No exciting young talls and no potential a grade mids there. Major worry.

No surprise here. It didn’t help the team that Collingwood pissed off a fabulous person in Buckley so they created this situation. Buckley could not have done any worse. Now need to get cracking and recruit some gun youngsters.

Yes, glad the season is over.
Good luck to Chris Mayne in retirement. I am glad we gave him this send off game. He deserved it after his efforts to overcome a very discouraging start to his Collingwood career.
I am looking forward to the appointment of our new coach, and to Warburton Lad's in depth reports of our training sessions.
8)
Also looking forward to our list changes. Just hope Bruzza is not among them. Want him very much to remain a Pie.
