Great partnership, there. 67 for the 8th wicket, I think.

Looking forward to this
Been busy for months revamping the Daicos Bar beer garden area. Two desks and a shade sail to go.
I've declared today a lay day to watch the cricket with the dog.
Don't count the days, make the days count.

Boys bowling superbly!
1/22 as Starc sends middle stump over.

Boland's reputation is getting badly tarnished, now. He has 2/0 (Crawley and Root) - but it's taken him more than 3 overs.

Oz quicks rip out Poms' top order.
After a rain delay, the Aussies came out breathing fire. Scott Boland took 2 wickets from 4 overs, Mitchell Starc took the first and Cameron Green claimed Dawid Malan on the stroke of lunch.
Smith's catch of Joe Root was superb.
England 4/36. Zac Crawley 18, Boland 2/0 from 4 overs.

Boland’s been expensive since Lunch - they have a run from him, already.

Amazing. Green gets one to nip back. Stokes leaves. Ball hits the outside edge of the off stump. Given out by the ump. Then, all notice both bails still in their grooves.
DRS used to check what happened. Missed Stokes' bat and his pads. Not out.

Green bowled Stokes - but, remarkably, despite the ball hitting the stump half-way up, the bail didn't fall. Not out.
