...
Ya know there was an ICC World Test Championship Final, right, Skids?! NZ vs. India, held in England? You weren't stuck in a donga at the time, were you?

We're now in the new cycle.

NZ are the inaugural, defending World Champions.

Of course, anyone can claim they're no good... But then the same folks can claim Oz is hopeless at slogathons too!! And Oz are slogathon World Champions for the same reason... Oz won the ICC Slogathon World Cup... (With a lot of luck. Aaron Finch did not have a golden bat... But, even better, he had a golden coin!!)

Electing to bowl may not have been the best call - but it was probably a defensive one, based on what they thought might have happened if they batted on it.

Skids wrote:Well the bookies think it was a one off. Odds for the next test.

NZ - $1.20
Draw - $7
Tigers - $12

I'm gunna whack the $90 I picked up on them on the final day, to win again.
I'm not liking your chances, Skids.

NZ 1.15
Draw 5.90
Bangladesh 73.00

2/102, still nearly 300 from making NZ bat again. Mind you, if they manage another 350, they'll probably bowl out the NZ tail (which generally starts at 1) for under 50, so don't concede your bet just yet, Skids.
