Smith has given himself up also. Startling, really. He had 300 in his sights, the way he was playing. The way Carey is batting at the other end (10 runs - all from the reverse sweep), a capitulation looks likely, now.

Hope Starc middles a few; he's certainly capable.
Then go put your runners on, 'cause you're bowling on a road again...

Lunch. 0/76. Pakistan leads by 93. After reaching 4/407 and looking good for a score of about 950, Australia contrived to lose its last 6 wickets for 52.
This Test will probably be a draw but I am reminded of a Shield match between Victoria and NSW about 45 or 50 years ago in which Victoria was left with one session to bowl NSW out and managed to have them 9 down (thanks largely to Jim Higgs' leg spin). Gary Gilmour had to present with a serious injury and hold out the last couple of balls for the draw.

I doubt there'll be anymore than 3 or 4 wickets fall.
Just pay me now

I think that's probably right, Skids - but the Australians could get themselves in a 4th-innings mess, if the Pakistanis have the guts to declare.
