Back from the break in play - the break in concentration sees The Great One put a waist-high full toss straight to mid-off.

Anyway, 3/245. 33 needed from 34. Lanning is 85* and Mooney is 7*.

Last over. 4.2.4. Mooney kills the game.

Australia wins by 6 wickets with 3 balls to spare. 4/280. I believe that's a record second innings chase, not that they ever looked like they got out of second gear to do it.

Yes, that was the highest-ever successful run chase in Women's World Cup history.

That win puts Australia into the semi-finals, come what may. They are on 10 points from 5 (of 7) games. India and New Zealand are 4th and 5th, each on 4 points from 5 games, so they cannot finish on more than 8 points and the other teams outside the 8 are on 2 or fewer points each with just 3 games to go.

South Africa also remains unbeaten - but they have 3 games to play, so are 2 points behind Australia. You'd think that whichever wins the Australia/South Africa game will finish on top, if that even really matters in a competition like this.

Lanning is POTM for her 97 from 107 balls. At the end, by the way, Mooney hit 30* from 20.

NZ batting first against England. They were 0/61 but have slumped to 5/155 at the end of the 38th over.

Now 6/155. Lovely catch by Knight in the covers jumping to her right. Sophie Devine had previously retired hurt but is back at the wicket, on 37*.

8/168. Devine lost her wicket trying to bring up the run-rate and then MacKay went lbw for 1.

They were 1/96 in the 23rd over - and, given the way these matches go, which typically involves a flurry of runs at the end of the innings, looked set for a score of 250 or more, so the present situation is a complete disaster for them.
