Cameron only broke even with the O at the lions.
Hoskin was here and there.
We look on the outside without knowing what the coaches had them doing (roles). Elliot was well held and in saying that if he kicked those goals it would be a different perspective. In saying that they targeted Elliot but that put Bobby into the game. Framptom allowed Cameron and Cox more time in the ruck which impacted and in many ways negated O's game. Hoskin Elliot floated in and out but did a few of those little 1%rs. I am trying to come up with who played solid for 4 qtrs for both teams. Crisp and Mitchell for me. The stats suggest Coleman but I disagree.

Pete 70 wrote:Having watched the replay for the third time, I am still blown away by how amazing a game of football this was. If you haven’t I would highly recommend Bux on SEN dissecting Degoey’s second goal. So many stories but we will talk about Pendels last quarter forever, and Nick is only going to get better. He is playing the game at a level above anyone else in the league. Yes Neale can get a gazillion possessions (and I’m not bagging Neale he is a champion) but what Daicos did in that moment is beyond scary.

The whole thing is a great listen… how Bucks names each player in the centre… Brisbane had 3 of their best players in the centre for that bounce that led to the Jordy goal… Dunkley, Neale & Zorko… just makes it even more amazing.

I’ve watched the replay a few times but I hear the post-match coverage was crap and home/away games had more post match stuff. I’m guessing 7 cut to the news and that was that.

^ Yep, that was the case on 7 Plus when I was watching, at least.

Either McLuggage or Coleman (in particluar 1st half)

rest were average.

this is why we should have / could have/ won by 5 goals or more.

We had heaps of good players, compared to only a few of theirs.

Inside 50s, shots at goal, time in front half, player stats - all very heavily weighted in our favour

I thought the guy who kept giving away stupid 50 metre penalties was probably their best on the night.

Like to know if theres any celebrations planned for the old stomping ground at Victoria Park.

Some how when the weathers better have another fun day there and have like similar to what happened at aia on sunday.

And have some players there as well and even bring the cup along.

Like to see something arranged.

At Victoria Park.

Yes yes yes
I have watched the game countless times already and it is easily the best game of footy i have watched, and the most glorious footy karma known to man.
My son who i am full time carer for went into a full blown relapse of schizophrenia and had a severe psychotic episode 5 mins into game, and i didnt get back to mums to watch game until final siren.
Her husband is a typical arrogant Carlscum supporter who has been trying to pretend he has a soft spot for Pies in support of mum and family.
I can attest by his angry reaction at the siren he is not sympathetic to Pies at all, and genuinely hates us all.
His inability to hide the bitterness has only caused me to be even happier.
I really needed this win as 2018 was nearly breaking point for my health,
but the day Macrae was presented to us i said to my daughter, Pies gonna win a Flag soon.
Hallelujah
