How'd Krueger go in the VFL?
He was good and presented well. Tough in the contest. He's in next week if he isn't injured

Johnson is a no for me, he didn't have a touch for almost a half? Yes he did some okay things in the 3rd quater, but nothing that says to me he gets another match....so really Kruger just has to stay upright and he gets a game.

That should be his last game for Collingwood.

He'll only play again if we have to select him.

No, see he is fine getting an AFL game...it is staying on the ground FOR the whole AFL game that is his problem.

Next; release the Kreugermeister.

If he gets injured again, well too bad, we'll just add him to the list.

It's now officially Break Glass in an Emergency scenario.

^ nah if he gets injured again Collingwood will give him another 12 month contract so they don't have to deal with the terrifying prospect of recruiting a key forward

If the Pies DNA trademarks are spirit, aggression and commitment, then Johnson is adopted.

Reef will be back soon. But I think Krueger comes in for Ash until Reef is back. And when will Reef be back? Roos game?

Checkers will be back to face the Suns (after the bye). Cox will be a week or 2 after that.

First half was woeful, but found a bit of aggression and did OK in the second half. If he can play that way for a full game he is worth another shot.

Fair enough comment but I’m not that convinced that he is a consistent contributor throughout the game. Playing in fits and starts doesn’t help the team to expect a big game from him each week as you normally would with a forward.
I term the current Collingwood attack based strategy “Unceasing Waves” like on a stormy and windy day with rough seas. A Perfect Storm ☔️
