If you are going to name a medal or Award after someone, I think it would only be fitting that the person whose name is to be put to the medal be asked.
I would personally like to see it named the 'Victoria Park Perpetual' or the 'Loyal Supporter In The Outer Fan's Choice'.

if we seriously want this to go then we should set some guidelines cos it is a top idea. It would be great if we could have it set up for this year. Therefore i was thinking that whoever votes has to give votes for the first 3 rounds as you guys are doing.

Then i think votes should close on monday night...one night before our game. Jonno what do you think since your organising this. We have to have a night when votes stop. As of next round, id be thinking votes should close 3 nights after the game.

I think its a fantastic idea and keeps everyone involved. Its a whole forum effort...i think its one of the best things you've come up with yet. We could publish results each round on the website. NICKS PLAYER OF THE ROUND is what it can be called.

I'd say the Wednesday after every match - save for this week. Gives people plenty of time to get their votes in. After that, its closed.

This week, it'll be done and dusted after Saturday.
