I still think that it is bordering upon risible that a reasonably advanced Western country with a population of 340 million people, give or take, can't find two candidates to stand for President who aren't senile and haven't been involved in insurrection.
Says something about the state of American democracy.
A senile idiot who can hardly string a sentence together is unlikely to have too many qualms about enabling genocide.
Being involved in an insurrection and having no inhibitions about trampling the US constitution underfoot is a valuable asset as well if it is necessary to repress domestic opposition violently and lethally.

They'll overturn it because the decision is wrong. Trump has not been found guilty of insurrection. So on what basis can the Colorado Supreme Court disqualify him for something he hasn't been found guilty of.
It's a dangerous precedent and one that will be overturned.

Trump should have been convicted and jailed long ago. The fact that he wasn't and is now running around free and allowed to energise his fascist supporters is an indictment of the Democrats, whose political cowardice knows no bounds. They have refused to take any real action against Trump in the aftermath of his coup attempt, preferring instead to ensure that the Republican party remained strong and the two party system intact.
What'sinaname wrote:The Democrats are as effective in political cowardice as they are ballot stuffing.
No, that is not true. They are extremely skilled in political cowardice, but ballot stuffing never occurred. That is a fantasy dreamed up by the would be Fuhrer Trump.

its an indictment of the red necks and lower class fools who actually think Trumps a good option. The fact he can get any votes at all is scary. Surely there is at least one half way decent, not so dodgey candidate.
You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either!
