Burrow found Higgins with an 80 yarder for a TD on the first play out of scrimmage in the second half and then the Bengals intercepted Stafford but could only manage a field goal, despite good field position from the turnover. The Rams defence started to overwhelm the Bengals’ offensive line in the last few minutes of that quarter, sacking Burrow 3 or 4 times.
