Fixed terms are normal in admin e.g. AFL Boards, etc. 'Cos someone like Eddie can hang around forever without them. But coaches normally get the shove soon enough anyway,

I like Marny. And of course he's Oz's best batsman. (Though there are now cricket journos who say it's Trav Head. Okay, Head got two Test POTMs in a row this season... But let's see him do well overseas first...) But that's crazy stuff.
