It's great to see WFH back in the news today. KPMG saying it will be dead in a few years. They are dreaming and no surprise it's them, they treat their employees as slaves. WFH is not the norm and won't be the norm for everyone but it will be an attraction to poach workers in specialised roles. I was contacted this week to work remotely for the Australian Submarine Corporation. WFH was in the first paragraph.
The offer was attractive and I turned it down after discussions with my current employer.
