A draw means that the final needs to be replayed or a case of playing an extra day.

Like to know what happens if its a draw which it will be.

Should replay it play it the following week.

Based on net run rate Victoria would have won was only based on who scored more first innings runs should be based on net run rate

It's more detailed than that, 90.

The Vics had their chance to get in front of WA, on bonus points, but blew it.

Either they were unaware of the situation or the bowling was too good.

I suspect the latter.
