Burger appointed Head of Women’s Football

Collingwood is pleased to announce the appointment of Jess Burger to the position of Head of Women’s Football.

Since joining the club in 2016 as a performance analyst, Burger has played a crucial role in Collingwood’s women’s football programs.

In 2018, she was appointed AFLW list Manager. In May this year, Burger joined the AFL Women’s Competition Committee which assists the AFL Commission surrounding all aspects of the women’s game.

Good appointment of someone who is already familiar with the club and its programs.

Respected and popular with players & coaches but not afraid to do the hard stuff.

Jess will be busy next year. Sha has been appointed head coach of Kew Footballs women's team in the VAFA.
